Description

Indent is a shared AI coworker that works directly inside Slack for a whole team, handling requests and tasks conversationally in a shared channel rather than being a personal, single-user assistant. It is aimed at teams that want one AI teammate the whole group can delegate to inside Slack, instead of each person running their own separate AI tool.

Project Astra is a research prototype from Google DeepMind exploring the capabilities needed for a universal AI assistant that can understand and respond to the world in real time. Built on Gemini models, it processes text, voice, images, and live video to answer questions and complete tasks, drawing on Google apps like Search, Maps, and Lens. It is currently available only to selected testers on Android phones and prototype glasses, and its features are being folded into products such as Gemini Live.
