Dawn is an AI agent that connects to a company's code repositories, tickets, docs, and infrastructure to answer product, operational, and technical questions in plain language across chat tools like Slack, Teams, Telegram, and Discord. Its answers are grounded in the real state of connected systems and cite the underlying sources, and it can also produce reports, follow-up actions, and lightweight HTML prototypes. Teams can bring their own AI provider, author reusable Skills, and have Dawn search connected repos, docs, and tickets before answering.
