Bambu Studio

Bambu Studio is a free, open-source slicer that converts 3D model files (STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, AMF) into G-code instructions for 3D printers, letting users configure layer height, infill density, support structures, and print speed. Built on the PrusaSlicer and Slic3r open-source lineage, it adds a project-based workflow, multi-color/multi-material segmentation for Bambu's AMS unit, AI-assisted support placement, and cloud device management with remote monitoring. It integrates tightly with the Bambu Lab ecosystem, sends prints over Wi-Fi or LAN, and includes a built-in model repository (MakerWorld).
