Description

Rize is an automatic time tracker for agencies, accounting firms and professional-services teams. It runs in the background on macOS and Windows, tags desktop and website time to clients and projects, and shows monthly burn against retainers and fixed-fee budgets. Rize drafts timesheets and generates scheduled client reports in PDF or CSV. Staff review their own time before anything is shared. By default Rize reads only app name, window title and URL, with no screenshots or keylogging. It imports clients and projects from ClickUp or a CSV and integrates with Asana, Linear, Google Calendar, Outlook and Slack. Paid plans include AI categorization, an AI chat assistant, and a team profitability dashboard with utilization and capacity views. MCP server access, API, webhooks and Zapier come with Pro and above.

MeetGeek is an AI meeting assistant that joins, records, transcribes, and summarizes online, hybrid, and in-person meetings, then uses event-driven "Meeting Skills" and Voice Agents to push outcomes into the tools teams already use (CRMs, Notion, Jira, Slack). It's built for sales, customer success, recruiting, and support teams as well as everyday professionals who want meeting notes and follow-ups handled automatically. What most sets it apart is its combination of bot and bot-free capture across desktop, mobile, and browser with autonomous voice agents and workflow automation layered on top of transcription.
