Description

Rize is an automatic time tracker for agencies, accounting firms and professional-services teams. It runs in the background on macOS and Windows, tags desktop and website time to clients and projects, and shows monthly burn against retainers and fixed-fee budgets. Rize drafts timesheets and generates scheduled client reports in PDF or CSV. Staff review their own time before anything is shared. By default Rize reads only app name, window title and URL, with no screenshots or keylogging. It imports clients and projects from ClickUp or a CSV and integrates with Asana, Linear, Google Calendar, Outlook and Slack. Paid plans include AI categorization, an AI chat assistant, and a team profitability dashboard with utilization and capacity views. MCP server access, API, webhooks and Zapier come with Pro and above.

mymind is a personal, private "second brain" that lets individuals save notes, bookmarks, articles, images, and inspiration in one place, where AI automatically recognizes each item's type and organizes it without any manual tagging, folders, or filing. It's built for solo creatives, researchers, and anyone who collects ideas — not teams — and its biggest differentiators are its deliberate rejection of collaboration and social features in favor of total privacy (no ads, no tracking) and its associative search that lets you find things by color, keyword, brand, or date. Everything is captured with a single click via browser extension or mobile app and visualized back to you automatically.
