About Estimatic AI (Contractor+)

Estimatic AI is the built-in AI estimating engine inside Contractor+, a field-service and construction management platform for build and service contractors across 30+ trades. Contractors describe a job (or upload photos, blueprints, or a competing quote) and Estimatic drafts a detailed, editable estimate using the contractor's own cost book, real-time supplier pricing, and local labor rates. Unlike generic AI tools, it grounds bids in your actual pricing and shows its work so every line item can be reviewed, tweaked, or overridden before sending.
